The River is a work of visual art, storytelling and poetry. It is the narration of an old woman whose life story bubbles, surges, slows and meanders, from the river’s source to its union with ocean. Like flotsam and jetsam from her life, fragments of memories hang from trees about the river, and insignificant stones and pebbles mark the monumental moments in her life.
Performances will last around 30 mins and will be at 2pm and 4pm on Saturday 21 August at The Holybrook.
